"Pathetic onwer , then won\'t return Money to you when you vacate . Everyday Everytime they cut the water from top floor . They have one watchman (owner wife ) whole only look for you water and she close it from top floor . Everytime when any one comes to your home they will come to home to verify and then they cut the water supply . Once a year also if your family comes they still cut the water supply .they even charge 350 rupees for water "
