"Property is good there is no restrictions but owner is not good he will not pickup your call and there is some clash between builder and owner for maintenance so builder will cut your flat electricity. Owner will ask for rent on time by calling you again and again. It happens with me that owner refused to return our money even we vacated the flat. He owns lot of flat and building in Bangalore but still try to loot you from your deposit. Fortunately we took help from our friend that created the pressure on owner we were able to get our deposit back. So beware of the place before renting it. "
