"#cheating #bengalurutenants Beware of this address and the owner : Owner Name : Address: Lesson learned: 1. Don’t believe anyone by their look and initial talk. 2. Don’t go to the house where the house owner is staying, also enquire about the house and house owner before you get into that trap. (None of the neighbours will speak good about the owner above.) 3. No one is going to suffer for you or your situation, they will see you as a money machine, especially house owners. 4. Charges towards painting, cleaning and maintenance should not exceed 1 month rent amount, Add this statement in the agreement. Read the story If you have time! We were living in the above address for past 2 years and we shifted to our new home recently. But before vacating the house we cleaned everything and it was in good condition and which was better than we received the house 2 years ago. No damage to their property, no nails were put from our side, our LED tube light is still there in their house. But they cheated on us because of their greediness. In the final settlement they have deducted 30k, they were supposed to deduct 18.5K. When we called them for bills for painting, cleaning and maintenance for which they have spent our money. they spoke nonsense and sent an image (through WhatsApp and deleted it within a few minutes) of a 29k quotation from Vijaya Home Services. When we checked with Vijaya Home Services regarding that quotation, they said they have not done any service to the above address and shared quotation just 30 mins ago.
