"There\'s no power back up as promised as the power back up is only for the lift and common area. The maintenance is huge and there\'s no facility other than 0 equipment gym and swimming pool, that is reserved only for kids. Also, the owner has no idea about boundaries and drops in on weekends unannounced and gets all rhe work done at your expenses. The flat is in ground floor and is breeding ground for cockroaches and SNAILS.. forget about getting back your deposit.. "
