"It is good for Bachelor but not suited for family. The worst part of the flat is owner is not good who don't know anything about the flat. He has kept a care taker of the flat who is also not good. Cons of this flat - 1. You have to pay the rent in cash to the care taker as per owner guidance. 2. You will find the care taker worst person of this planet, very rude, bad attitude and always fighting unnecessary. 3. Electricity is not 24*7. Most of the times you have to struggle with your own building faulty meter and short circuit. 4. You have to pay a very high electricity bill every month. Just for using bulb and fan and laptop you will be paying 800 per month, don\'t know what the fuck owner had did with the electric connection and meter. 5. There are alot of other issues, mainly with the care taker and owner. Better not live in this type of shitty flat Owner and care taker are not good"
