"This apartment is offered by a company called PropUrban. The neighborhood is one of the worst you can find in all of Bangalore. The electric wirings are ancient and we had power cut just in the apartment, with lights everywhere else. The landowners had a fight with a broadband provider and refused to let anyone in to fix the broadband issue. They also run a security deposit scam where rather than returning you something, they will actually charge you in surplus of 50k (our deposit amount) and hand you a bill instead. So along with the neighborhood and flat itself, the company behind it too is one of the worst I\'ve dealt with in my lifetime. "
