"Very bad society, please don\'t rent apartment in that, no facility available, no water available, at the time of rent they will say that water is available 24 hrs but it\'s not true, they will charge extra maintenance for 7 months, no facility available near by, deliveries arealso affected because of locality, very unsafe area as construction is going on. Internet issues are also there. Landlord has formed groups and they don\'t give back deposit. It had happened with 3 people including me."
