"Society is in Bhakti Park, the good thing is the availability of a large park nearby. Cons is it is next to highway so constant traffic noise and though basics amenities are available, it is a bit far from major market places While society is decent, flat has very old furnishings. AC\'s and geysers are extremely old and power-consuming All that is manageable, but the only reason we are leaving is immensely rude, unprofessional, and high-handedness by the landlord. The person is extremely greedy and would argue quite unprofessionally over simple matters. Forget any kind of cooperation in repair, you will be lucky if you get your security refund without hassle that too partially. There was stress throughout the stay due to the behavior and attitude of the landlord. Also, he insists on using parking for his personal use for which you are paying rent already! Avoid even if you are getting it for free. You will certainly find different flat in the same area where you will be able to live peacefully."
