"Please do not ever take flat A 401 on rent. The owner is running a scam there, and will not give your money back. Her father also owns a flat in the same building and has done the same thing to one other colleague of mine. They purposely give the flat to non Hindi speaking(mostly south indian) bachelors and then keep all your money at the time of moving out. Do not take A 401 on rent ever, we are the last tenants and currently in a legal battle with her to get my deposit back."
