"Flat has a backyard (space for lawn) but nothing grows there. We spent lot of money on different types of grass but nothing worked. There is a water drainage problem and owner is not ready to spend anything to fix it. Bathrooms have not gone through any maintenance since the apartment was built. So, they are not in good shape. Bathroom with the master bedroom has a drainage problem. Drainage very frequently overflows, sometime to the bedroom. Flat entrance door is right near the garbage shoot. So it smells really bad in the morning when garbage goes through the shoot and on holidays when the garbage is not collected. Parking space is on the water tank lids because of which you have to keep moving the car as the maintenance folks need to check the water level. Most importantly, the owner is not ready to spend a penny on maintenance that the flat needs and pushes everything on the tenants. Society is generally fine except the fact that it is not a gated community (because of the commercial space across the residential buildings). So, no check on vehicles and strangers right outside the building, because of which you always need to be with the kids, if they are playing outside. "
